Market at the Mill is a venue comprised of several buildings surrounding a courtyard with open areas and patios. The layout of the buildings closely resembles the original layout and style of the historic Dansby Feed Mills business that has been a landmark in downtown Clifton since the early 1930'S. The materials from the original structures were salvaged and reused in the new buildings to capture the nostalgia of the site, making Market at the Mill the perfect place to hold events such as a wedding, reception, special event, corporate party or reunion. In addition to the venue, The Mill has a retail space offering a fun and unique shopping experience.
Origins
how we got here
The Dansby Feed Mills had been a landmark in downtown Clifton for many years. Andy and Lisa Horn purchased the property and restored the site as an exciting addition to the Clifton experience. The layout of the buildings, as well as the elevations and style of the buildings, remain as they were, using all of the carefully salvaged interior and exterior materials from the original buildings. The main building offers an exceptional shopping experience, and the other two buildings are offered for rental as a unique event venue for special occasions. There is also an expansive courtyard and covered pavilion where patrons can enjoy a beverage while sampling food from popular food trucks. Live music can be staged indoors and out and will be scheduled periodically throughout the year.
