Hourly pricing to rent individual buildings/spaces on the site is as follows:

Produce House

Monday-Thursday $250 (includes 5 hours time) --  $50/hour for each additional hour

Friday-Sunday $375 (includes 5 hours time) --  $75/hour for each additional hour

 

 

Corn Crib, Covered Pavilion, and Open Patio

Monday-Thursday $500 (includes 5 hours time) -- $100/hour for each additional hour

Friday-Sunday $750 (includes 5 hours time) -- $150/hour for each additional hour

***TABLES/CHAIRS ARE KEPT IN A STORAGE AREA BEHIND THE CORN CRIB – THEY ARE       ARRANGED, PLACED, AND THEN RETURNED TO THE STORAGE AREA BY THE LESSEE***
